JetPack is a powerful plugin for WordPress site and it is coming with lot of features. Lot of people are using this plugin today.
If you already installed this plugin then you will need any extra coding for this. You will get a button “visibility” at left side of the “save” button in your every widget. By this button you can conditionally hide/show the widget in your site.
I used this option for my header nav bar. Currently I am showing two different nav bar for Home & Inner pages.
First I created two separate menus at Admin (Dashboard->Appearance->Menus).
Next I drag & drop the two custom menu widget box in Header Right Widget Area and using the following conditions. See the screenshot.
